Googie Burger

So many fucking burger joints in Atlanta popping up like pubes on a 13 year old school girl... So many to eat, so little time, so many fat asses in the south.

Smacked dab in Centennial Park near the fountains, sits this burger shack that tries a little too hard to be like Shake Shack in Madison Park, NYC. Shake Shack, #1, ain't all that... B., In-n-Out is a 100 times better. So, how is the Googie burga? It's better than picking your friend's nose full of Gooey Boogers.

Googie Burger (single) - The potato bun, yes. The beef patty, yes but thin. The crappy filler, not too crappy. The Googie sauce, Peter North will have some more. It's a good burger... And it ain't $9 because it's beer-fed or some shit like that.

Googie Fries - Handcut, ah, better be. Peanut oil, fries up tight, hot, crisp and just the right amount of gweeze. I like how they have a sign that says where the potatoes were coming from that day... I forgot where but they were fucking good. Almost made me drop a Googie in my pants.

They are open 7 days a week til 10PM... You won't catch me around there at 10PM, no matter how many guns I'm packing.

PS - They also have booze... And spiced shakes.

3 Stars.
